Good Service





Brand aboved showing.. i trust them very much... a very good product need very good after sales and services. It really can catch my heart for continuous support.

yeah~~!! i have this wiless-router have been strike by lighning... so i send to LOWYAT plaza to make warranty claims.

Atom Technician : Yes sir, can help you?

Aztech supporter : Yeah~~! of course u can help me :)~~ i wanna make a warranty claim of this item and this is my purchased invoice.

Atom Techician : Let me check this... (take more than 15min to check!!!! but never check also--- BASKET!!!)

Aztech supporter : so how ??? how long u need to check this and can i get this for replacement after this???

Atom Technicia : ok sir .. actually what happen to this router???? can u tell me what the problem ...

(CB him .. take me so long period to stand there without any confirmation... BASKET!!!)

AtomTechnician : Sir.. i prepare a job sheet for u and u can come collect it back after 1 mth from now, but dont worry bcos we will call u when time delivery to u.

Aztech supporter : why take so long period to return it back ??? can u PINJAM me doe Temp. Use??

Atom Sr. Supervisor : Aiyak~!! u tot aztech ppl will SENGAJA MARI collect your router only meh??? and we dont PINJAM for customer.. sorry la boss...!!!!!!!!! and hor .. router now also not mahal liao... i recom. u.. wifi modem.. less than 200 only ma... lagi good la this one ... easy installation.. even u dun know computer also u know how to install ma.. u think 1st la ...

So how, yesterday i try to find out where is this USELESS AZTECH's location.

ME : Hello can i know where is your office located? i need u all to guide me .. bcos i wanna make a warranty claims for my router. model WL830RT4.

AZTECH : Oh~~ no problem sir. (she guide me direction all the way fr. puchong , toll, western digital, kelana sea food all the wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy~~) pls call me la .. if u lost yr way hor.. my name CAROL here ..

(i got confident of this company.. not bad wor ..)

AZTECH girl : (not pretty mia .. wuahahaha ) Mr.Kenn? pls write down yr name and contact number. and pls have a sit :)

ME : Oh ok.. THANKS....~~ can u replace for me a new one if u cant fix it..?

AZTECH technician : Sir no problem sir .. just relax and have a sit.. 5min i let u know .. (finally cant fix lo)

AzTeCh Sr. TeChNiCiAn : ok boss .. we change a new one for u la.. bcos this one cannot fix liao... and ... sir .. can i help u to set up this router for u so that u dont need to reinstall when u r home.. since we r here to test this router??? hehehe...

(See la .. this company punya Technician very good manners and polite ... really happy about their service... i hope all customer service got to learn from them.. i like them and i think i will keep my good support to them... i wish all the staff and the AZTECH company Good Luck and All The Best)
